Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your event. After that, a one-day charge applies.
Damage
Minor wear and tear is on us. Major damage is billed at cost after inspection.

We pull up early
Two-person crew rolls in 30 min before guests. We confirm where the castle goes, hose down the tarp, start setup.
Stakes, blower, inflate
Stakes in the ground, blower into a standard outlet, full inflation in ~8 min. We test the netting and walk you through it.
Pickup the next day
At your scheduled return window we deflate, pack the blower, roll up the tarp, load the truck. You wake up to an empty yard.
